CARBS CARBS CARBS Hate to rebuild carbs? Some people just can't stand it and I understand. They can be a pain. So I decided to take this in my own hands and offer carb rebuilding in my shop via the magic of USPS Priority mail. Thats right, send me you tired, your worn, your idling like s**t XS750 & XS850 carbs and I will take them to my bosom and treat them like my own. Includes all the usual gaskets etc. The kits I use are the FULL rebuild kits with all new hard and soft parts and the new IDLE SCREWS in them so you get the best rebuild money can buy. A lot of the kits out there don't have them and in my experience they wear pretty hard. I will also pop them on one of my test bikes and fire them up to baseline them for you. Can't beat that. VACUUM OPERATED PETCOCK REBUILDING SERVICE This is where it gets good. Send me your leaky, coronary-inducing old vacuum petcocks and I will flush out, bead blast, rebuild and test them for you. BRAKE CALIPER AND MASTER CYLINDER REBUILDING This is a good deal all around. you send me your calipers or cylinders(or both!) and I will clean them up, flush them out, rebuild them with high quality K&L kits and get them back to you in 2-3 weeks. If you want the full treatment, I will bead blast them super clean and repaint them with super high quality VHT caliper paint, bake'em for a real tough finish and then rebuild them for a Brand new looking set you can pop right on and go. FORK SERVICE I will rebuild your forks for you including new heavy duty springs if you want. New fork seals and dust boots included along with proper amount of fork oil so you can pop them on and go. Contact me on this as some years I am having trouble finding the correct dust seals. I can also bead blast them if the original finsh is shot for a nice as cast sheen or even polish them.
